General terms
You have the right to cancel your website order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Email us within this 14 day period. We can be contacted at chemcord2@gmail.com. Make sure you quote your order number and the item you wish to return.
We will carefully consider your refund request and promptly advise whether a refund may be given.
Refunds will be made if:
- The book is in its original packaging and it is in a saleable condition.
- There is an issue with the book and you can provide proof of this.
- You can provide proof of your purchase of the product you are asking to return.
- Your goods were damaged in transit to you, from us, provided you have proof (e.g., an image of packaging).
The cost of returning the goods to us will be incurred by you unless the goods were damaged in transit.
Items damaged in transit
Damaged goods will be replaced free of charge, and you will not be asked to pay for delivery.
Return of funds
All refunds will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned goods from you, and refunded to your original method of payment.
