Ordering goods
- Our website is designed to lead you through the process of placing an order. Prior to submitting your order, you will be able to review and amend it as you see fit. Ensure that you have checked your order carefully before submitting it.
The point where you order and pay for products, and we have accepted your order, is the point where we have formed a contract for the purchase and sale of goods.
Making mistakes – contact us as soon as possible if you make an error while ordering. Our contact email address is chemcord2@gmail.com. Please quote the order number when you contact us. We will be unable to change your order if we have already processed this and sent it out for delivery.
A contract is only formed with us when you place an order and we have accepted it. Our acceptance of your order will be confirmed by email at which point we have formed a contract with you.
Your confirmation email will contain:
- an order number
- a confirmation of acceptance of your order
- an itemized list specifying what you are paying for, as well as any delivery charges incurred.
- You will also receive a paper copy of your order with your delivery. If we are unable to accept or fulfill your order, we will contact your as soon as possible. Any payments accepted will be fully refunded as per our Refunds Policy.
- Our contact with you ends when your goods have been received by you.
Payment for goods
- Payment for your goods, and relevant delivery charges, must be made at the end of your order process before we accept your order.
- Payment can be made through PayPal. This is a payment processing platform. You do not need an account to use this service.
